- Offer is valid when paying with the following Commercial Bank Credit Cards (primary cards only).

- Offer will be valid for online purchases only.

- Offer is valid for a minimum of two tickets per movie session.

- Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

- Offer is valid on Cool 2D, or Indian Movies Cool 2D, or 7 Stars Categories at Novo Cinemas.

- Offer will only be applicable upon signing-up/ Logging in on Novo website or App.

- Offer is applicable only when booking tickets under the same cinema category/class.

- Offer will not be awarded in the below conditions:

      If the monthly cap of tickets has been utilized.

      If the Credit Card has not been activated.

      If the Credit Card is a supplementary card.

      If customer is a multiple Credit Cardholder for different segments, offer will be applied only on the highest card segment.

          Example: if the customer has a Titanium Credit Card and Limited-Edition World Elite Mastercard,

          only the Limited-Edition World Elite Mastercard will be recognized by NOVO’s system to avail the offer.

      If customer is a multiple Credit Cardholder for the same segment, the offer will be applied on the most used card.

          Example: if the customer has two Titanium Credit Cards, and one card has been used more often

          in the last calendar month, then only the card with more transactions will be eligible for the offer.

- Tickets purchased on the date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Offer is valid only in Qatar.

- Commercial Bank reserves the right to terminate the offer without any prior notice to customers.
